KSM Remote offers a similar experience to Small Group training while in the comfort of your home or personal gym. Members have the choice to meet up to 4x/week. Members also have access to all recorded sessions. This is the best online platform if you’re looking for true hardstyle kettlebell training.

Just like Small Group Training, workouts are strategically programmed each week in 5-week phases. New members can join at ANY time. The entire year is programmed to give you endless results, accountability, and most importantly... FUN!
It is recommended that you know how to swing, Turkish get up, clean, press, and squat prior to joining KSM Remote. If you are new, please consider joining Small Group Training first.

While each LIVE Zoom session is different, Kara creates a sense of routine every time we meet. You can expect:
Mobility warm-up
Movement prep
Main strength exercises
Conditioning circuit
Cool down
LIVE Zoom sessions are 45-minutes long.

You will need a few kettlebells to start. If you're local to Columbus, you can purchase your kettlebells directly from the Rouge Showroom. I recommend getting Rogue or Yes4All on Amazon.
If your budget allows, it is very beneficial to purchase your kettlebells in pairs. If you are in between purchasing a pair of kettlebells and one kettlebell one size and one another, I would recommend getting two different sizes. Eventually, get the matching pair.
Ultimately, you will know when it is time to purchase more kettlebells. They make for the perfect gifts!

Kara's training offers a unique experience. There is a high commitment level when enrolling to work with Kara. You can choose to participate in sessions LIVE or watch the recorded sessions at your convenience.
Unlimited misses are allowed; however, it is HIGHLY encouraged to watch the recorded workout of the session missed. Each and every workout is planned to make you stronger and a skilled mover. If you're looking for accountability, this is for you.
The best way to describe what Kara has curated is it feels like a "club". Did you play sports or were you involved in clubs as a kid? If you did, you know how important practice was. That is what Kara's training is like!

Every member gets access to Kara's TrainHeroic app free of charge. You will get access to every workout. That is also where to Zoom link will be listed.
You will use the app to record weight being used, reps, and more!

Kara has LIVE Zoom sessions every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30-8:15am
Mondays = Push
Tuesdays = Pull
Wednesdays = Push
Fridays = Pull
Every workout is full body focused and each week is programmed to have every workout compliment each other.
