Kara brings her unique training style to the comfort of your home for hands-on, completely custom 1-on-1 training. Training styles can include strength training, Pilates reformer, handstand/tumbling training, or a combination of any. Kara only does 1-on-1 training for in-home sessions making this an exclusive experience.

Learn about In-Home Training:

  • You will receive a completely custom workout plan according to your goals. Types of training can revolve around:

    • Strength training (kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell)

    • Gymnastics training (handstands or other tumbling skills)

    • Pilates reformer

    Your program will consist of a program designed in 5 week phases to guarantee you results.

  • While each session is different, you can always guarantee:

    • Mobility

    • Strength

    • Breath work

    • Conditioning

    • Cool down

    Sessions can be 35, 45, or 55 minutes long.

    While having gym equipment is highly recommended, Kara can bring kettlebells if needed.

  • Kara's training offers a unique experience. There is a high commitment level when enrolling to work with Kara.

    Unlimited misses are allowed; however, it is HIGHLY encouraged to reschedule or do a planned workout on your own. Each and every workout is planned to make you stronger and a skilled mover. If you're looking for accountability, this is for you.

  • Every member gets access to Kara's TrainHeroic app free of charge. You will get access to every workout she has programmed for you.

    You will use the app to record weight being used, reps, and more!

  • You must commit to at least 2 sessions per week.

    • 35-Minutes: $100/session

    • 45-Minutes: $125/session

    • 55-Minutes: $145/session

    Sessions are paid in packages of 10.

    *If your in-home location is more than 20-miles away from downtown Columbus, there will be an additional charge of $20/session.
