1-on-1 Training
Personal Training.
Kara’s unique training style is hands-on and is completely custom to your fitness experience and goals. Training styles can include strength training, mat Pilates, handstand/tumbling training, or a combination of any. Kara only does select 1-on-1 training for in-gym and in-home sessions making this an exclusive experience.

You will receive a completely custom workout plan according to your goals. Types of training can revolve around:
Strength training (kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell)
Gymnastics training (handstands or other tumbling skills)
Pilates
Your program will consist of a program designed in 5 week phases to guarantee you results.

While each session is different, you can always guarantee:
Mobility
Strength
Breath work
Conditioning
Cool down
Sessions are 45 minutes long.
For in-home, while having gym equipment is highly recommended, Kara can bring kettlebells if needed.

Kara's training offers a unique experience. There is a high commitment level when enrolling to work with Kara.
Kara requires clients to train at least 2x/week.
Unlimited misses are allowed; however, it is HIGHLY encouraged to reschedule or do a planned workout on your own. Each and every workout is planned to make you stronger and a skilled mover. If you're looking for accountability, this is for you.

Every member gets access to Kara's TrainHeroic app free of charge. You will get access to every workout she has programmed for you.
You will use the app to record weight being used, reps, and more!
