She takes pride in learning from the best in her industry. Every session is an invitation to enjoy exercise with correct alignment and form. Services

  • Small Group Training

    In-person group training is located in a state of the art facility in downtown Columbus, OH. Small Group Training essions range from 6-8 members. Members commit to a reoccurring day and time each week. Small Group Training provides a place to learn true hardstyle kettlebell strength training. Anyone and everyone is welcome.

  • KSM Remote

    KSM Remote training includes LIVE ZOOM sessions. You wll get a similar experience to in-person training while in the convenience of your home or personal gym.. A few kettlebells and a yoga mat are needed to participate. It is recommended that you have some kettlebell experience.
